Project Filter is proud to say that we've had record numbers of calls to QuitLine and registrants to QuitNet, 14,500 people since July 2008. We have also had over 10,000 orders for the free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) program. Because of this tremendous response we are no longer able to continue offering free NRTs until
July 1, 2009. Both QuitLine and QuitNet have been notified and will be suspending this offer. In addition, QuitNet will no longer accept new registrants until July 1. Coaching services are still available at Quitline.

By July 1, 2009, Project Filter will be fully funded once again and will be able to offer all Quitline and QuitNet services, including free NRTs. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and disappointment this will cause many of you. We hope that you'll continue your efforts to quit tobacco.
